Age verification mandates are pushing identity checks into ordinary web browsing. Governments and platforms are rolling out digital ID. AI agents have started acting on people's behalf, which breaks the old assumption that whoever is at the keyboard is the person being identified. All three land on the same cryptography.
The people who build the cryptography spend the day in the same room as the people who write the rules. Cryptographers, developers, policymakers, regulators, law enforcement officials and civil liberties advocates all attend, and the day runs as keynotes, fireside conversations and panels.
Summit discussion tracks:
Privacy, crypto and the First Amendment
What privacy and identity mean once an AI agent acts as you
Age verification, and who does the checking
Whether digital ID can be built without turning into surveillance infrastructure
Why anyone should trust zero-knowledge proofs, and what breaks when they are used wrong
The real-world limits of techno-solutionism
Standards work, with NIST in the room
Crypto incident response, handled in a closed morning roundtable
