Anja Von Rosenstiel
- Anja is a mediator and practicing attorney both in Boston and in Germany with expertise in the law of banking & finance, capital markets, fintech and in international estate planning. She is currently counsel at a leading German law firm, offering her legal advice on U.S-related cases with an emphasis on regulatory, compliance and international private law aspects of digital assets and decentralized finance. After graduating from BU’s American Law LLM program and clerking at the U.S. District Court here in Boston, she now teaches in the program with years of experience as an international educator in the field of alternative dispute resolution. Anja has published widely on mediation and latest in blockchain law. She is co-editing a European Mediation Journal and serving as professional at the International Chamber of Commerce’s yearly mediation competition.
