Kyle Bligen
- Kyle is the Head of Policy and Public Affairs at the DRC. Previously, Kyle was Senior Director of Financial Policy at the Chamber of Progress (CHOP), where he led strategy on the passage of the CLARITY and GENIUS Acts. He also served as the Policy Advisor for a Member on the Financial Services Committee, where he led the Member’s efforts on banking, natsec, and fintech legislation, including FIT21.
