Dane Lund

Dane is Founder of Archimedes Partners and has spent his career across litigation, investment banking, and principal investing — evaluating legal risk the way an investor evaluates assets. He is a Core Contributor for Alliance DAO and mentor to founders at the Alliance DAO Accelerator.

After graduating Harvard Law School, Dane became a litigator for Wilkie Farr focused on corporate governance and shareholder rights, looking at the inner workings of board rooms. He then became an investment banker where he financed private equity transactions before joining Alliance.

Dane's also been a participant in the Optimism and Gitcoin ecosystems.
