Felix Beer is a Master of Public Administration candidate at Harvard Kennedy School, where he focuses on how emerging technologies can help us build institutions that are more distributed, pluralistic, and resilient. In particular, he is interested in how distributed networks, blockchain infrastructure, and artificial intelligence can unlock new forms of institutional design and collective organization.
