Joshua Tan
CTO, Current AI
Joshua Tan is CTO at Current AI. He also leads product at Public AI and innovation at Stanford OpenLab. Before that, he completed his doctorate (and postdoc) in computer science at Oxford, and held fellowships at Stanford (at the Digital Civil Society Lab), Princeton (in the CS department), and MIT (in the math department).
His work explores the intersection between artificial and collective intelligence. In particular, he applies math and science to the design of organizations and institutions.
