Marc Boiron

Marc Boiron is Chief Executive Officer at Polygon Labs, where he oversees all aspects of the organization; he previously served as the company's Chief Legal Officer, and before that as Chief Legal Officer at dYdX Trading Inc.
Prior to moving in-house, he was a partner in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial services groups at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and founded a blockchain-focused practice at a large California law firm, advising companies on token distributions, exchanges, custody, mining, and fund portfolio investments, as well as venture funds making investments in digital assets.
He is a frequent speaker on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulation, and has served as an adjunct professor of law at the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
