Sarah Brennan

Sarah Brennan is Senior Advisor to the Decentralization Research Center and General Counsel at Delphi Ventures. Her work focuses on crypto policy, public goods, and regulatory approaches that preserve the core principles of decentralized and privacy-preserving technologies while providing greater clarity for builders.

Sarah co-founded LeXpunK in 2021 and has contributed to regulatory advocacy, open-source legal frameworks, and policy development for decentralized communities. In 2025, she participated in the SEC Crypto Task Force’s inaugural roundtable on security status, co-authored a DRC paper on control-based decentralization tests, and submitted proposals on safe harbor and custody frameworks to the SEC Crypto Task Force.
