Vasu Nigam is a Legal Counsel at Qube Research and Technologies (QRT), a global quantitative and systematic investment manager, where he focuses on legal and regulatory issues related to digital assets and institutional crypto trading.
Previously, he was a Legal Counsel at Wintermute, a leading digital assets proprietary trading and market making firm, where he negotiated trading agreements and advised on global regulatory strategy across the UK, EU, US, and Singapore. Before that, he was a Regulatory & Policy Fellow at Bain Capital Crypto, advising the investment team and DeFi portfolio companies on regulatory risk.
He holds an LL.M. from Stanford Law School and is qualified to practice in California, US and India.
